In life, we love being comfortable, achieving our aims, living how we want and so on. This comes, through our working towards such. Hence, we may gain comfort, achieve our aims,and live how we want. This as we know is termed as success. There is also the other part called failure or challenges.

This book talks about such, through a gradual introduction of the different levels that we go through to get there. This includes knowing and discovering who you are, what you are, love, your abilities, aims, and limitations. This book is described as a self-help, and I totally agree.

When I read this book, I discovered that it is indeed a monologue and the person who wrote it is a maestro. This book is called The Maestro Monologue, and it was written by Rob White. I loved the book. It talks about the happenings that, I have encountered before, especially the challenges, or setbacks, if I may say. Now, I truly know that I should keep pressing on, despite the different situations I may be going through. Understanding my ambitions is something that I have been working on, and now, I know that I am on the right tack. The author, in some instances, goes an extra mile by giving illustrations in form of dialogues to prove his point.

The one thing that did not do the trick for me was how he highlighted some facts. For example, a word like mistakes was written in italics. The word was also written like this 'miss-takes'. At first, I noted it as a a mistake, but then, I chose to overlook it, and focused on what he wanted to deliver as an author. I also chose to think that this was intentional, to help him get his point home. That having been said, I still loved the book wholly. Hence, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.

This book was written by a person who had to work his way up the ladder of success. As we know, and just like like us, he experienced both happy and sad moments, success, and challenges. He wrote this book for those who think like him. I recommend this book to those who love inspirational self-help books, experiencing career changes,or working towards their success.
