Since retirement is inevitable, there is utmost need to adequately prepare for it. I appreciate the author's effort in his capacity as a financial adviser to guide people's approach towards preparing for retirement. I recommend this book to the working generation. This is a beautiful review.

Prospero360, nice review. Thank you for including samples of the type of great advice and benefits that readers will get out of this book. And for the warning about editing! Let's hope a well-edited version will become available in the very near future. It would indeed be a pity if such excellent and necessary advice ends up ignored because of typos and grammatical errors.

I think everyone should start preparing for retirement early in their lives. The author goes beyond finances and provides a guide that covers personal, social, dietary, physical and other areas that should be considered in planning for retirement. Great review for a book everyone should read.

The book cover and the title was interesting enough, but I was disappointed once I read the actual text. There was too much information and not enough intrigue. This is not my genre, but I wish the author luck since I'm sure this book would delight many others, especially older people.

non fiction, self-help books are not my cup of tea but I've read the review and the book seems very helpful. It helps elderly people get financially ready to their life after they retire. Moreover it covers other aspects of their life beside financial like personal, social, dietary and physical. I'm sure the book will find its reader. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Since I am about to retire, this is a very interesting read for me. However, it refers only to the USA, so only the main ideas are of importance to me, as I am European.

Thank you for your great review. I believe that we need a preparation in every stage of our lives, from teenage years to retirement. This preparation can help us a lot and I think this book is one of those books everyone should read because you need to make yourself ready for retirement both mentally and financially, as mentioned above. I was hoping to pick this book up, but as you mentioned about the editing and errors in this book; I have a dilemma to pick it up.

For anyone nearing retirement, I would recommend getting this guide as it can help you navigate that future. I’ll have to pass for today though.

Retirement is really a scary notion for people because it disrupts that steady flow of income they had coming. Now, only a few companies provide pensions. It is terrifying to think you'll outlive your money. Congratulations on BOTD!
