Retirement can be fun for some and a disaster for others, especially when it comes in such awful period the pandemic.. If one never achieved or kept something that he or she can work on after Retirement, life would be worst then a storm... I always imagine myself retired while running my own business that gives me millions of dollars as income... I am currently working on that in my early 20'a

Proper preparation prevent poor performance. The author tries to alert people who want to retire to prepare themselves before they get at that stage. As there might be negative effects in their aspects of their lives.

I still have a long way to retirement but would greatly benefit from a manual of what to expect and how to deal with it. Thanks for your descriptive review.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. I am already retired but I know even when you work hard at budgets beforehand, they don't always work out that way. Especially if you willingly end up helping a parent. I do wish the editing wasn't so bad, but I am glad to hear that he writes on more than just the financial end of retirement. I believe I will add it to my list of books to read so that I might learn new strategies to help me out even now.

Likening retirement to an oncoming storm is an unusual approach - but an apt one I think. There are so many different aspects to consider that it is easy to get confuddled. This book helps those approaching retirement navigate that maze and would be a good additionto any adult library. Thanks for the thorough review!
