Some leaders are born while other leaders need to be developed. Working in a team environment oftentimes may require coaching in order to rise above any given expectations. Being coachable and a great team player assist any personality to achieve this accomplishment. Whether working in a group or as a leader providing one on one guidance, The Pro-Achievement Principle by Dr. Deborah Bright provides the necessary tools to do this. Each chapter is outlined as an easy step-by-step lesson that also gives suggestions as to what steps should be followed to ensure this success. The author gives a fresh, how-to insight as to arrive at the main goal, which is being a person who achieves results as well as someone who takes responsibility to the next level.

The approach taken by Dr. Deborah Bright is not only insightful, but it is also educational, easy to follow as well as implement. Any leader looking for change would be excited to get their hands on a copy of this bizlet. She explains the different personalities encountered in the workforce and she also clearly identifies what approaches need to be taken in order to motivate your team. The insight provided is unique and refreshing.

Objectively speaking, the only suggestion regarding the book is to perhaps add a twist. While the book is excellent, it would be amazing if she added a few more examples of tests in the middle and near the end to make it more exciting and keep the reader completely enthusiastic until the end. This is the only negative, which is merely a suggestion.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.. The fresh and unique approach taken speaks for itself. Any leader in a professional environment or executive looking to motivate their team would appreciate reading The Pro-Achievement Principle, to gain a different insight as to what another type of professionalism might look like, be taught, and expressed when necessary.

There were no errors or profanity found. The notes for the post-review questionnaire are included in the negative aspect paragraph. eg) add a twist that includes more examples of tests. This would add a more creative and fun, inclusive motivation for any team exploring these principles.
