A book that shows readers how to overcome loss in their life, originating from religious beliefs. Congrats on being BOTD.

There is something John doesn't know about Father Anthony, is it positive or negative? I guess I will just have to read the book to find out. Great Review

I have come across novels founded on religion, which may not be enjoyed by non-religious people. I'm glad that the author catered for everyone's needs, while writing this book. Thank you for the review.

I'm not into Catholic beliefs so I'll have to pass for this one. But it's a great review. It's very intriguing.

According to the review, the novel seems quite captivating. I've read several Catholic novels and this one definitely intrigued me. Upon reading the description of the book, it reminds me of Umberto Eco's novel, The Name of the Rose, but in modern times. Excellent review.

This appears to be a story that deals with issues that can be controversial. It is good to know that the author took care to develop the story and that the text shows respect for people of different faiths. Thank you for this very thorough review, however the premise of this book did not capture my attention, so this time, I will pass.

It starts of pondering but then the action comes in with the confessions from the priest father richard. This book, even though its non fiction might actually be fiction unbeknown to the author. Alot of servants of God have been through tough times. These times often get to where they are knocking on a church door for salvation from others or themselves. Im not a church goer. But I do believe. This book also shows why people tend to shut out the world and concentrate on God in order to heal themselves instead of worldly gains, and most people are not wanting to part with their worldly gains. It's something that is unspoken. Hope and faith 🙏

I appreciate that the novel respects other faiths even as it is rooted in Catholicism – the plot also seems to be well thought out, if it can bring the reader various emotions. Thanks for the review.

I am a student of religions. I am interested to learn about what the narrative has to say to the question, How far can you go to stand for what you believe? A well written book and book review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

This sounds like a heavy story line. Two priests that died in prison. One priest accused of molestation. A novel like this sounds more intense than what I’m looking for. Thanks for the in depth review though!

This religious fiction novella from the perspective of Catholicism and a little bit of mystery sounds like a thought-provoking book. Great review!

The sample pages is an interesting read and easy to read. And the novel is about faith especially catholic. The priests in prison is a unique part of the story. I will read the book in the future. Lovely review, thank you.

This Catholic novel offers a glimpse of Catholicism, and to understand its aspects, one needs to have a catholic foundation that I don't have.
