RISE by Nunaisi Ma is a non-fiction book that is focused on mental, spiritual, and sexual healing.

This book is divided into seven chapters known as Chakras. These Chakras are The Divine Body, The Divine Feminine, The Divine Masculine, The Divine Heart, The Divine Child, The Divine Mind, and The Divine Soul. Each Chakra is further divided into subchapters. The author, Nunaisi Ma, grew up with many childhood traumas. She saved her mother from a suicide attempt when she was six years old. Also, she was sexually molested by her mother's boyfriend. At the age of twenty-one years, the author decided to go on a healing path. She devoted over two decades of her life to healing from her childhood traumas, processing the pains, rewiring her mind, and changing her reality. The book depicts a step-by-step way to heal spiritually, mentally, and sexually. Read this book to learn how to rise out of your pains and achieve a higher purpose.

The author's writing style is admirable. She interspersed her story with each Chakra. This feature made her story very relatable. Each chapter contains beautiful and emotional poems, which I'm sure the readers would appreciate. This book includes pictorial illustrations in each chapter; these illustrations give a further explanation of each Chakra, which would help in easy understanding while reading. The author's writing style is understandable. I also admire the author's vulnerability and genuineness throughout her stories.

One of the crucial lessons that the author talked about is finding the path to happiness. I learned that happiness is a choice, and it is not a goal. Happiness is not the result of our work but is under our control. That is just a tip from numerous topics that the author discussed.

My favourite part of the book was the Chakra about The Divine Mind. I learned how to meditate and have a fixed positive mindset. I also admire the author's ability to write this book so that others can find healing and transformation. Furthermore, there are exercises in each chapter, which would be helpful for the readers. I also noticed that the book teaches general religious terms like spiritual healings, praying, and setting altars. Still, it does not preach any religion, making the book suitable for all faiths.

I found nothing to dislike about this book. There are several takeaways; I was able to gain more knowledge on how to handle difficulties. For these reasons, I am rating it 4 out of 4 stars. Also, this is a well-edited book, as I noticed a few grammatical errors.

I would recommend this book to people that want to experience mental, spiritual, and sexual healing. It will give them courage and boldness to face their traumatic experiences. My advice to the readers is always to have a jotter and a pen ready whenever you read this book because it contains daily life-changing exercises. I also advise the readers not to rush while reading this book. This book is a map that will guide you to healing.

I am quite happy about this book especially the area of spiritual life meaning that communication and fellowship with God is necessary in life. I also enjoyed to be glad always. The Bible put it this way; merry heart makes a cheerful and also merry heart does good. Thanks.
