I’m looking forward to digging into this novel to be with Conor as he learns of his mysterious Celtic ancestry and and which path he chooses as he unravels the puzzle of his bloodline: as a warrior of Light or harbinger of Darkness. Very interesting!

I like the fact that at his age, Conor Archer begins to unravel the secrets of the family, that gives me the vigor of reading this book.... E R Bar congrats for this urban "notorious" fantasy.

This sounds like an interesting mix of fantasy and some history. I wonder what Conor learns about his past and if he chooses light or dark.

This tale is an epic in scope, destined to become a saga. Despite the story’s magnitude, however, it takes the life of a classic campfire story. I like the book and can't wait to complete reading it...thanks for the best review...

Thanks for your review. Looks like the book entwines many cultures, such as Christian tradition, Celtic myth, and Native American folklore, into its well-written story about Conor.

Haven't really given urban fantasy any thought. After this review, I'm forced to reconsider my decision. Plus, it's great to know the author properly developed his characters. Great review.

My favorite genre isn't fantasy, but I can't resist a well-written book. According to the review, Roan: The Tales of Conor Archer definitely qualifies as an excellent story. I guess I'll extend my horizons a little more with this urban fantasy.
The review is brilliant.

Its like coming of age book but for powers not young adults. I don't know if that makes any sense but the review just made it seem really interesting.

It is a rich review, very compelling. A tale of fantasy should naturally befriend the mind, suspending our definition of reality until a certain satisfaction is attained. I felt that while going through the review and I think the book is great.

Urban fantasy is new to me. Already I'm not exactly keen on it as it seems the novel in entirety is plunged into a world of the unseen—so much that it has a critical bearing on the lives of the major character. That doesn't make it a bad novel but balance is simply imperative.
Great review.
Congratulations!
