This sounds like a very well-balanced book, with humour, action and mystery (even romance)! I think this seems to be one of those books that one would finish reading without knowing it. Thanks for the review.

I don't usually go for this kind of genre but your review is very compelling and it totally piques my interest. I'm currently reading something right now but I'll put this on top of my shelf for my next read. Thanks

This book, I think is just enough of everything, like the review said. I can sense that this book fun to read because based from this review, the reading experience was fun. I hope the murderer of Shayla' s best friend will be found and justice be served! Congrats BOTD!

I kind of love it, I am expecting Andy to win again with the new team in Clarksville.New teammates, new friends, new home.

But the twist of the story about the killings is far from the excitement of the game and the championship of the team. Will Andy win and at the same time will they solve the killings of the town? Will they stay there for good? It's a nice story, I feel the excitement inside of me.

I love how the author has included humour in the plot of this dark murder mystery. And, Shayla sounds like a very interesting character.

The right amount of everything does this book contain, indeed. Testimony is the aesthetic portrayal of the prowess of the of Andy's football team in it's opening pages.
Excellent review.
