Tears of Joy by Joseph Tristan is a story of hope, kindness, and life. In the midst of a person’s darkest days, a glimmer of hope would shine through the clouds and make them see the people standing behind their backs. In a battle of life and death, no one fights alone. Family, friends, and even strangers, always stand for a worthy cause.

This book follows the story of an angel who fought a terrifying monster called cancer and another angel who helped her with her battle. The first angel, named Cathy, battled leukemia for two years, with her husband by her side and a strong support system behind them. The other angel, who we will meet towards the end of the book, is the one who will lend a helping hand in Cathy's last hope in defeating the monster for good.

I genuinely enjoy seeing people support one another. There is something so inspiring and heartwarming when other people pray for the betterment of someone other than themselves and their family. This book gave me a little more hope in humanity. Furthermore, Cathy’s determination to stand firm against leukemia is amazing and inspiring.

I don’t usually read books with medical jargon because I find it boring and hard to understand. However, this book made the medical explanations easy to understand and informative. Additionally, reading it feels like talking to a friend and listening to their hospital experience. The author’s tone in writing genuinely made me feel like I am one of Cathy’s support systems. I always find myself eager to read the new updates on Cathy’s Corner.

I would rate this book 3 out of 4 stars. I found numerous typographical errors that made me knock off one star. The book was inspiring and informative. It was truly heartwarming to see how other people supported Cathy and her husband through prayers, helping with chores, and giving words of encouragement.

I would recommend this to people interested to learn more about Cathy’s experience with battling leukemia. I know people tend to research these kinds of experiences when they have someone who’s going through the same fight. This publication would help them see how a patient underwent chemotherapy and stem cell transplant. This book would also make them know that they are not alone in this fight. There are kindhearted and caring people who support them because no one fights alone.

Wow, this review sounds beautiful. I love how the individuals in the story are referenced together as angels and I appreciate being made aware of the medical jargon in the story. I am interested in checking out this book, but I'm glad to have been made aware of the more difficult terms that I might have to research when reading the book further

While part of me wants to read this book, I'm afraid that it'll hit too close to home.

Thank you for the review, Fae.

I am honestly in need of a story like this just to remind myself of how important it is to do good and how much strength we need from within when everything seems hopeless. I look forward to reading this book.

This review is so explanatory, I already want to read the book. I love how the personalities are being referred to as angels and the challenges they go through as being demons. I just wonder why it despite all these has a rating of 3/4.

The review made this book sound hopeful and inspiring for people that are actually in this situation or at least are one of the angels giving support. It made me smile to read how they made it fantasy by calling the disease a monster and the support system angels. Personally, I will not read it because I don't enjoy these kinds of stories.

I love a book that can remind me of human nature to be kind and caring to other people. The book inspires hope that even the greatest battles can be fought with the right people by your side because you'll have the motivation required to press on.

Such moving tales recounting moments of pain and uncertainty about life are so prevalent. After personally witnessing close relatives go through such moments, I can identify with this stories and see clearly the need to be with our loved ones in times when they need us most. But above all we get to appreciate life more when we realize that we are fortunate not to have been in such situations and/or to prepare for the worst in case it befalls us. From this review this is a moving tale that we should appreciate the authors for sharing such stories-it lessens the pain to know that we are not alone.
