I like that the author kept this book short. I think this book is a great read. I've recently decided to become a minimalist and it really pays off. Thanks for the review.

Minimizing is something I haven't really tried. I downsized but have ended up with more things than are useful to me again! I am definitely going to read this book! Thanks for the great review!

I agree with your comment on keeping self-help books brief. Sometimes, they can be overwhelming and verbose. It looks like this book kept its cover title promise. Thanks for the wonderful review!

Making a self-help book lucid enough to be enjoyed and read by people isn't an easy fit at all. Many people want to improve themselves by reading books, but the bulkiness of the book discourages some set of people from doing that even though the book might be beneficial. The author being able to summarize the principle behind minimization isn't an easy feat at all. Kudos to the author for making learning such an enjoyable thing to do.

I happened to have watched a documentary on minimalism. Getting the chance to read through a book on the same looks intriguing. It is always fascinating to see the world in a different view. I look forward to reading this novel.

I indeed have a lot of things to do away with and this book would be a worthy guideline.

This sounds like a great self help book and for me it works on two fronts. Firstly I agree with the reviewer that self help books should be short and secondly I endorse the minimalistic view. I believe in less is more. I would love to read and review it. Congrats on BoTd.

Minimalism is not an easy task but I liked the way in which the author handled the theme in this book. This self-help book is not intimidating or sermonising at all. Good book indeed.

I'm a minimalist person, and I don't like hoarding things that I do not need. I agree with the author regarding organization of our possessions. However, I'm not fond of this genre, so I'll be skipping this book. Thank you for the detailed review!

It's great that the author thought about the problems people might face when trying to declutter, and that the author gave ideas on how to get over these speed bumps. I also like that a book on minimalism is short and minimal, without a lot of clutter.

I like the concept of minimalism, but not enough to implement it in my life. I will, however, sample this book in order to give the author a chance. Congrats!

Great review! This book was both an easy read as well as educative. It was really helpful for me as a guide to improve my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend this.
