I am happy that the big revelation in the beginning was not a spoiler in the book. I would love to know how the story ends. Thanks for the great review.

Thank you for an informative review. This sounds like an exciting mystery novel with a mix of spirituality and murder. By looking at the cover art, one would assume marine life-related or just spirituality. The fact that the author's writing style is like a narrator sounds confusing, and even reading the sample, I would say it is unique. The concept of calling the reader a "soulijourner" and viewing reincarnation sounds very interesting; however, I don't believe in the predetermination of one's life. I will pass on this book. Congrats on being the BOTD!

The book cover was the first thing that caught my attention. Reading about the plot got me hooked and I want to learn all the secrets the narrator of this book is trying to give. Being a unique book with a different style of writing, mysterious character and an intriguing story I can't help but want to read this book.

Wonderful review!

I don't what to make from it. All in all, I don't suppose most people would be dismissive of "reincarnation".

'Official Review: Souljourner' by Paul Steven Stone is a compelling description of the spiritual crime thriller tale for readers! The main points related to the theme of the story have been focused on in the review! The point that the thoughts of one of the characters in the book aptly captures what the humanity should be about - the inside and not the physical is worth mentioning in the review! Also, the point that the narrator delves into other ideas that validate the active existence of a spiritual realm such as 'reincarnation', out-of-body experiences and predestination, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers! Nice to learn that the readers are awed at the author's creativity and mastery in engaging storytelling!

The narrative style is quite unique. It's interesting that the narrator is talking to himself. The storyline and character appears complicated but I'm sure it's worth the read. Excellent review.

The presentation of this book is definitely different in the way it is narrated. I am uncertain if I would agree with the entire concept of reincarnation.

I love the technique the author used of speaking directly to a single reader as the intended audience for the book. I kept having to pull myself back from the book (mentally) to keep from falling into that role. It was/is an undelievably inclusive experience. I'm putting this one on my TBR shelf right now!

I like that the narrator laid the facts at the beginning. I also like to read mind confusing thrillers and I feel this book is like that.

A thriller that has a spiritual tone to it. Reincarnation is a topic that is rarely discussed or rather, intentionally avoided. And the narration style of the author is beautifully rare too. Just like the review said, one can learn whatever they choose to from this book and ignore the ones they find uncomfortable.

I'm not sure the cover is the best fit for this book because it didn't give me an accurate idea of the contents of this book. Well done to the author on his storytelling technique. However, based on this review, I'm not quite sure this is the right book for me. Thanks for the informative review!

By the look of the cover, I didn't realize the story would have something to do with reincarnation. Anyway, it was a good review, interesting storyline, seems like there are more to unfold to the readers.
