Wow. Addiction is a dreadful problem which most people face in their daily lives. It is very hard to overcome such, so this book is really a good read. It would enlighten us on the danger of addiction, and reasons to look for ways to overcome it.

Addiction is not only about substance abuse but also about certain rewarding activities. I know someone who has gambling addiction, and it's like he's not going to change anytime soon.
