The only times I long for a paperback is when reading under a tree or at the beach or when I want to discourage conversation but do not want to appear like I am just aimlessly scrolling on my gadget.

That said, if I was rich , I think I would quickly progress to buying a hard copy of every book that I read, just to show on my bookshelves that " I read that"!
