This book seems intriguing. A book with traditional setting and one about the journeys, exploration and discoveries is a nice one, however, I easily get bored over excess and unnecessary description. Nice review!

It seems that the archeologists and their discovery are just the framing device with an even more exciting story about Paleo-America in the middle. The very mention of dire wolves is enough to pique my interest. If Adrian truly has done his research well and depicted life and culture back then as well as we can determine based on the evidence we currently have, this book seems as though it could be thrilling and compelling.
