Human beings often experience some mysterious happenings in their lives. This may be caused by political, religious, or geographical factors. However, we usually try to unravel every mystery through research and consultations. Some may give up on the way, but others are usually persistent until they find the answers to their questions. The Feast of Angels by Denis R. Tougas is a fictional novel, although it also contains historical facts and focuses on conflict, drama, and action.

The book starts when the mother of Father Giuseppe Lorenzo falls sick and dies, but her body disappears, and in its place, ash is found. After that incident, some other few people disappear under the same circumstances. This raises questions, and Father Lorenzo realizes that something is not right, and he, therefore, researches the factors that are causing all that. He, thereafter, meets a reporter named Florence, and they decide to work together to find out the truth behind the disappearances. It is difficult as they encounter so many barriers. Will they be able to unravel the mystery?

This book contains three hundred and one pages. It is divided into twenty chapters. The story is narrated from the third-person point of view. The book used both the past and present tenses. It starts with a prologue that introduces some of the happenings that we later see in the book, and it ends with references.

There are several things that I liked about the book. However, in this review, I'll only mention two things I liked the most. First, the book was full of suspense. The author wittily concealed some details from the reader, making the storyline appealing and making the reader curious to find out how things will eventually work out. This made my reading adventurous, as I was curious about what would happen next. For example, I was eager to find out what had caused the mysterious disappearances of the corpses. Second, the book was well structured, making its general outlook visually appealing. For example, there were few words on each page, and the paragraphs were adequately spaced. This gave me the motivation to read the whole book without getting bored. Since I didn't find any grammatical errors while reading, this book was exceptionally edited.

In conclusion, there is nothing I disliked about the book. I enjoyed every aspect of it. I, therefore, rate it four out of four stars. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys reading action and thriller books. Although the book is loosely based on the book of Revelation in the Bible, it can appeal to people of other religions too.

Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

Well, I was expecting a tale about angels as the title suggests but found it accounting on humanity. I'm then curious to find out about who the angels are and how they relate to humans.

No one knows what happens after death, though usually the body is left. Do angels really have anything to so with this?

I find the book cover very deceptive as I can't relate the book to angels or a feast, Both the book name and art cover don't connect to it's content. Nevertheless the review is concise and thorough. Thanks for your review.

This seems like a suspenseful supernatural thriller. I'm curious to see if the disappearances were a sort of rapture. Thank you for your great review!
