This is the first time I've seen someone discuss the role of emotional intelligence at work. I'm both incredibly curious and reluctant (Emotions aren't exactly something people in business are open about.) It's also interesting that the reviewer pointed out the lack of references to scientific proof— I wish I could see those too.
