Human Connection: From an Open Adoption Journey by Paula Kanani Weeks is an inspiring literary genre that explores applicable qualities in life. This is a book written based on the true experience of the author. Still, I wouldn’t just conclude that this book is from the author's perspective because this book expounds on the reality of life and how much of God’s involvement we experience in our individual lives.

Like almost every other child, Paula had fantasies of what the rest of her life would be while growing up, these were fantasies that would turn into a reality for some, but would it be for Paula? She attained adulthood, and she would learn to let go of her numerous and beautiful fantasies and embrace what life brought to her table through a divine tunnel.

Human connection is an intricate part of our existence. It goes beyond living the everyday life of watching things happen for and around us through our very luminous closets but interacting with life around us and being intentionally committed to being our best even while at the most challenging task of relating with others and accepting how our lives change from our fantasies to what it becomes.

Through the story of a change of wheels in her life, the author learns the most invaluable lessons of connecting with humans and maintaining lasting relationships. Paula originally would have loved to have biological kids grown inside of her and naturally bonded, but she opts for adoption when this fails.

You get to have a long list of items you need to buy in the market, and so do I have a list of amazing positive thoughts about this book. Firstlyy, the ability to relate everyday life to a book in the purest form is a feeling that I hold very dear. We go through certain struggles connecting and then trying to maintain certain relationships with others but fail. We mostly get to blame others and hardly get to look inward. Still, now we get to realize through this author that we could bring an end to such crises and falls and finally attempt a more healthy connection with others. This is where we get to be at our best and have our lives mirrored to show what we hope to receive.

This literary ride happens to be the best I’ve had in a while. For this reason, I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars. It appears professionally edited, with almost no error contained therein. There’s just no one there who I genuinely wouldn’t want to share the book. Still, I know that can’t be, so I recommend this book to people, adults and teens alike, who genuinely seek to improve individually and also create sustainable human relationships. I have no negative points to make in this book.
