Have you ever thought about making a decision, and then you heard a voice saying, "Do not do it"? After I completed reading this book, I realized that these voices are from my traumatized younger self, scared of the outcome of my decisions Seeking...Finding...Healing... by Becky Lu Jackson is a non-fiction book written to help readers to conquer their past fears and connect them with their future selves through the power of meditation. The book introduces readers to meditation as a powerful tool for healing.

For us to heal, we have to seek and find. This publication is a 23-chapter self-help book that provides step-by-step instructions to readers on how they could heal themselves of past wounds and traumas and at the same time have an insight into their future selves through 'Inner Family Healing'. What then is the 'Inner Family Healing'? The answer to this question is in the book, Seeking...Finding...Healing... by Becky Lu Jackson.

This book is one of the most practical books I have come across in recent times. However, the aspect of the book that captured my attention the most was where the author featured the experiences shared by some of her clients who took the 'Inner Family Healing' course. I especially found Dee's experience very relatable, inspiring, and reassuring because I have often found myself in a situation where I needed to make such a critical decision.

Another positive aspect of this book is that the author did not just give tips on the 'Inner Family Healing' procedure but gave a practical guide on how readers could heal their physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds through the power of meditation.

One aspect of this book that I did not like is the inconsistency in the page numbering of the EPUB version that I downloaded. Also, I found the repetition of some of the pages a bit disturbing. For example, the first page of Chapter 23; was repeated.

Furthermore, the book seems professionally edited, as I found a few typos. Thankfully, they didn't detract from my comprehension and overall enjoyment of the book. I, therefore, rate Seeking...Finding...Healing... by Becky Lu Jackson four out of four stars because the book contains valuable information and experiences that would reshape readers' thoughts.

I highly recommend this book to readers who are currently suffering from the traumas of past actions or inactions. Also, readers who prefer a self-help book on how they could overcome physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges would find this book helpful.

It would appeal to people with self doubts. Ghah voices, I thought they were just the pessimistic sides to all of us, but I am interested in what the author has to say.

The fear of past horrible experiences is what the devil has used to subdue some people from reaching their goals. It is only spiritual healing and prayers that can overpower this. This book is a great self-help book in this aspect. The reviewer did well to give a concise detailed review of the book.

I like the review, especially the possibility of inner family healing. I appreciate a book that recognizes that some moments in our past impacted our lives and perhaps negatively caused trauma and self-doubt. Meditation sounds helpful and promises to help heal the body and soul. I will read this book because the review promises self-help instructions. We all need help healing at some point.
