Yes I agree with the reviewer on the fact that the style of writing and ease of reading made the story interesting as well as the characters seemed alive.
But having glanced through the pages, and trying to find mentally how the story resonates with the title "Dream Keeper"I realized a very important point about the book and that is the main character Star has a special ability to capture real life happenings and dream about them. For example in chapter 1 Star remembers a bad happening where Anita's baby was accidentally shot in the head resulting in blood coming out which caused frantic screams and emotions. That same night Star had a nightmare but woke up and was glad it was only a dream.

The Dream Keepers seems focused on relationships and character development, with some intriguing thematic elements included. I love YA fantasy as well, so this looks like an interesting read. Thanks for the review!

This review tells a lot about the characters and their roles in the story, but it doesn't tell anything about the fantasy worlds that Star creates.

A moving book that deals with the most decisive stages of life. This could easily be the story of anyone you know. However, this isn't my cup of tea, but thanks anyway for sharing your reading experience; it's good to know that you were able to connect and be moved by the story.

The idea of one mixing dream with reality sounds thrilling and it's engaging. I would want to know how star and Thatcher were able to cope with the change in environment. Nice review.

Sometimes life happens and doesn't go exactly as expected. I'm glad these set of children were able to sort it out and navigate a path for themselves.
Congratulations!

This seems to ver an educational book for teenagers since it deals with many aspects such as bullying, love, adaptation difficulties and more, which makes me think they could be relatable to young readers. Congrats on the reviewer for such an informative and engaging review.

Star and Thatcher, being orphans, are growing up with their grandparents. I can't imagine how difficult it might have been in that situation. I like the overview of this book. Thanks for the review. Congrats on the BOTD!

A very good review. I appreciate the fact that the author writes about how Star's grandma paintings captures her mind to an extent where she dreams with imagination.

Great review! I look forward to finding out how Star and Thatcher's lives change as they move from the deep south to the west coast. I am interested to compare the different parenting techniques of both sets of grandparents.

The title of the book 'dream keeper"bring me all of your dreams, your dreams bring me all of your heart melodies. That I may wrap them up in a blue cloud-cloth away from the too rough fingers of the world"Splendid and we'll taught out title. Makes me feel that dreams can only remain where they truely belong.
