This book is charming, educational, and well illustrated. Jenny's debut book appears to be her first; I hope it is not her last.

Not a book for me but it seems like an amazing children's book. "What if there was something you really wanted to do but were unsure if you were ready?" Well, I'm sure I can come up with an entire list of things. Great review.

This children's story is bilingual. It's English and Chinese. Tikky, the young quail, sneaks out, leaving a note for his mother. The three animal friends, Tikky, Kikee, the Jackrabbit, Poppin, the squirrel, have a great adventure on their way to the parade. Guess what? They had a peril! Interesting story and.a good book review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

I like how the book exposes children to the idea of having mentors. I like that Kikee the Jackrabbit is a positive influence to Tikky the Quail. Thanks for the great review.

This review is insightful and it makes the book seem appealing. I would have liked a little less information for the sake of mystery. Otherwise, I'm happy with the wording.

It's great that the book is in English as well as Chinese. It would allow children to familiarise themselves with a new language. Tikki and her friends' adventures seem like a great read, so I'll be checking this book out.

This is such a beauty and it'll probably leave long lasting memories in children's minds. It can be educational and is also great for teaching a new language, or at least building some interest in a child for learning a new language. Congratulations on the BOTD title!!

I take it that the book teaches appreciation of oneself regardless of the situation you meet yourself. Thanks for the detailed review.

I love the illustrative nature of the book and the lessons given. Encouraging children not to limit themselves and to try everything is definitely something to recommend. Thank you for the review.

One of the things I learned from a subject at my school called Personal Development is assessing yourself so you could know where are you aligned, so you could know what you should aim to reach instead of doing unattainable goals.

Unfortunately, we don't teach kids these things. The only thing we teach them is to, "dream high, and achieve your dreams no matter what" which results to tired teenagers who get hopeless with their dreams or aspirations. We need to teach kids that it's better to know oneself, to know who you truly are, what do you want to do that is according to your skills and talents, instead of just saying, “dream high”.

I hope this book won't stop children from dreaming, but will teach children how to know oneself so they could reach their dreams.

Thank you so much for such an awesome review!

I don't have any kiddies in my life right now, so this book isn't for me. But having the text presented in two languages is a wonderful idea! I wish more authors would do the same. Congrats to the author on BOTD!
