There are several lessons in the book, but the one that stood out to me is being mindful of the company we keep and how much we let the utterances of others affect us. This is one lesson I need to implement in my own life.

I've strengthened a lot of lesson I learned while writing this book, just by reviewing all the lessons you folks have shared that you learned while reading my book. Thank you, Rob

PS. One lesson I have newly learned is that I received a lot of satisfaction in writing this book, and there's the possibility of a lot more satisfaction in the next book I write :)

I learnt that no matter what the failure I encounter in my journey in life, I must stand up and keep pursuing. Because, I can achieve what I set mind to do.

I learnt alot from this book. Mostly I learnt that you are the one who controls what to surround yourself with whether mentally or people around you but first you need to acknowledge that it's there.

It is a good book presenting many useful lessons .One important lesson is that the only limit to your success is you. And by you I mean ,your intruder. If you can defeat the intruder, then your Maestro will get you to the most successful and happiest life you have ever dreamt about. It is the life that includes comfort ,peace and even financial freedom. Meanwhile, you can not defeat someone you do not know much about. The more you know about your enemy, the more likely you can defeat him. For many people ,the intruder is the procrastination .For others ,it is the negative thoughts they make about themselves. This book introduces you to what you should know about your real enemy which is your intruder, and more importantly how to defeat it.

When you say, Mahmoud, "The more you know about your enemy, the more likely you can defeat him" ... you speak wisely. Indeed, in my book I hope it is clear that when we deny that the Intruder exists, or when we push against the Intruder and argue with it, or when we simply try to ignore it ... that's when it takes greater command over our lives.

On the other hand when we look directly at this "other self," and notice the emotional destruction it causes in our lives, and when we can call an MD (Marvelous Denial) to deal with the lies it is telling us about being inferior and unworthy, that's when we defeat it. Anytime you are feeling inferior or unworthy, you can be sure the Intruder is actively on the scene running the show for you. That's when to intervene :) Great tip, Mahmoud :) Rob

The biggest lesson I learned from this book is that of the intruder's voice which acts caring and helpful, but in the end, leads to disaster and chaos. Learning not to listen to that voice is the beginning of self-mastery.

I learned that there is a lot more to defeating an intruder than just acknowledging and facing it. It is important to look at what parts of yourself are aiding the intruder.

A lesson I learned while writing this book, is that once we give birth to the Intruder, and breathe life into that identity by feeling,"there's something wrong with me"... that Intruder is with us for the rest of our life. However, when we are aware of this false entity, we are able to handle it quickly when it pops up. That's when it no longer has a grip on you or me, and we can live our lives productively and happily :)

This book is a wonderful read for people who are on the path to self-discovery. One important lesson that I learned was that I should always stay true to myself.

I think that there is alot to learn from the book, firstly, that we should always think positively about ourselves , what you see in yourself will automatically project to those around you and make them see you that way. Being with the right people definitely help personal growth and our mindset

The biggest lesson I learnt from reading this book is that the intruder that exists is a version of yourself, hence we ourselves are the ones being detrimental to our journey. Following that, it's normal to have a darker false self, but what matters most is combating that false self and letting your actual self shine through.

Yes, me too. This was a somewhat new concept to me at the time of reading this book so It took some wrapping my head around before I could understand properly. However, now that I do understand, I really think it is a concept that everyone should pay attention to.
