I think Alex's actions of taking from the vicious and giving to the needy was more of philanthropy and humane heart. So I would support his actions instead.

This sounds like an interesting story. I completely support the theme of helping those in need, so Alex is doing a great job using his special ability this way.
"You can be more aware and more present simply by resting in the present moment, open to all that is, without trying to control it or grasp it with the mind. Truly, a marvelous way of being!"

Thanks for your informative review. I was interested to see all the different themes in this book, especially philanthropy, revenge, crime, murder and corruption, and the moral questions it raises. After reading the sample, I did not expect the book to be so complex.

"Electroporation ability"? I think it's a concept I would like to explore. Great review and congrats on being the #BOTD!

I love how you were able to describe the book without giving too much information away. I also agree that the idea of time travel through the internet sounds very exciting. It makes me wonder if we will eventually have this type of technology one day in real life. I'm also glad to hear that there is another book after this. Thanks!

From a sampling, this was an interesting science fiction novel. The ability to travel via the internet and steal information makes it feel more appropriate nowadays where most of the data and important information about an individual can be accessed via the internet. The main character's vices and development make him all the more real. Well Done.

Sounds like an exciting novel. It's heart touching to see how Alex with his special ability of electropoting tries to steal from illegitimate organisations to help those in need. I guess One can do bad things but isn't a bad person.

This is a sci-fi/fantasy. Alex Fine is a young boy at an orphanage who discovers his ‘electroportation’ ability accidentally. The themes in this book included romance, care of orphans, philanthropy, revenge, crime, murder, corruption, and family. Alex steals from the criminals to help the poor. A good book.and book review. Congratulations on the BOTD!

Really brings to mind the story of Robin Hood-steal from the rich to give to the poor. I am intrigued by the fact that Alex makes use of the fiber optic cables. That is also a bit frightening. How many others have this ability? Are we vulnerable?

One interesting thing I picked from this book is the care and regard that was present for the orphans. It felt very different and truly inspiring. I would love to get a copy of this thrilling sci-fi novel for myself. Congratulations!
