I haven't read a good book series in a long time. I'm always down for fiction that mixes genres, and has good plot twists. Especially when it's Stephen King-esque. This review definitely sold it. Adding to my bookshelf right now!

This book seems like it is packed with action. I've read the prologue and it seems interesting. Reading about demons and the supernatural is not usually my first choice, but your review made the book sound immersive. Thanks for your thoughts.

Thanks for your review. It's good to know that this thriller has a similar vibe to the Supernatural TV series.

I am not a fan of demonic or supernatural fantasy novels and as this novel is rather gory and graphic in detail I shall pass on this one.

The title, cover - and my attention was caught. I was reading reviews before I understood what I was doing and couldn't believe I didn't know about this book sooner! Great storyline, sophisticated characters, occult supernatural suspense horror. You won't waste your time with this one!

You had me at Stephen King and the Supernatural series. That's exactly the kind of thrilling, heart-thumping, supernatural horror book Id love to read.
Thank you!

Thank you for the review. It is indeed an action packed horror thriller; the suspense starts from the first lines of chapter one. Even when you do not like horror stories, the suspense is riveting and make you want to know more... The story follows the adventure of a group of trained people, who usually go hunting armed with a vial of Holy Water, a knife, and sometimes a phone and a gun. I only read a sample for now, from what I could see the story is not just about hunting demons, the protagonists have their own personal lives and issues to deal with... However I disagree that this is comparable to Stephen King's stories, we find here a different type of horror and mystery. It is gripping and perhaps exciting without being too dark or grim. But that's my humble opinion.

I love books that captivate you from the first page, the fact that the reviewer had to read it in one sitting is compelling enough for me to grab this book and read it myself.

Thank you for this review. Both Abigail and Haatim seem great characters. Haatim has to rely on Abigail to guide him in the realm of the supernatural. The book promises to be a great read with premised action and powers. I like fantasy books because it takes one to another level of enjoyment.

This book sounds like an amazing read with a great written review that captures the premise of the story. The action scenes and suspense at every page is a bonus. Fans of Stephen King would enjoy this book very much as the accounts of the gory scenes are perfect. Congrats on the BOTD!

Wow, this one sounds like a right rollercoaster! However, it'd be nice to have a breather here and there, although the world that Abigail gets immersed sounds exciting. It also sounds like it has quite the amount of character development, given that Abigail has to face her past in order to move forward. Thanks for the review.

This is an awesome story following Abigail as the lead character and Haatim as they are joined for the investigations of some suspicious behaviors and unexplained deaths. I am very intrigued by the plot. Good review.

I read for fun;that's why thrillers are my best. I can't wait to discover how Abigail and Haatim defeats this demon that threatens their town. Your review is excellent.
