It is a highly enticing book. It’s a journey of self discovery rolled up in a mystery. There are also religious undertones and roots in Irish folklore. This is the kind of book that will affect each person who reads it differently.
The review is great.
Congratulations on Botd 🎉

A tale of self discovery that turned into a mystery is nicely presented in the book "Thin Places" by Diane Owens Prettyman. I want to read more about Tully in this book.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

Obeying the last wish of a dying man is so important and I think Tully made the right decision

Though this tale of redemption seems like a worthy read, I'm not sure it's a good fit for me.

It sounds mysterious and thrilling. Even though he was executed, I hope Calvert somehow managed to escape his physical body to another place ( Thin places)

It seems like a controversial book with a predictable ending. I do not think I would enjoy reading this book. Someone who love spoilers from the beginning might appreciate this book. Congratulations on BOTD

Thanks to your detailed review; I now have a very good idea of what this book entails. However, this book seems to have some many plots.
I can't help but wonder what faithful man Tully was. He kept to his promise of finding Chloe despite things being very bad after he got out of prison.

This is a pretty interesting summary although I've read a few controversial comments I'm willing to check it out and see what it's all about. It seems like a book with a little bit of suspense and romance which I think I'm going to like but all in all this is a good review, congrats on BOTD!

Not a bad review though it seems to reveal too much about the books plot without leaving much to the imagination. All in all it sounds like an excellent read with a great plot. The choices Tully has to make to either save Chloe from a life of crime and ultimately a fate that probably plagues her every waking moment, and getting involved with her definitely make for an interesting story.
