sometimes tough love is the best approach to take is what I believe. The title has such a sarcastic tone which I hope I would in the book as well. I mentioned this on the Facebook group: at first, I was not interested in this book at all. All I saw when I read the tile was a fluffy, maybe religious based self-help. Now that I've done some research on this site, I intrigued. This is a non-fiction self-help book. Mark shows the reader the importance of both positive thoughts and encouragement but he also uses the dreaded W word - WORK - even more often. It's a tough love approach, one that says your life is determined by you, for better or for worse. Challenging concepts - success, taking responsibility, crawling, walking, and running, and more.
