There were MANY lessons I loved in this book, but there were a few that really spoke to me. We are our own worst enemy and how we perceive ourselves really matters in our day-to-day lives. We are all so hard on ourselves that we forget that we are human and we can take a moment to breathe.

Without a doubt, there is a long way to go from this book, but the most effective quote for me was: "The point at which you focus on real-life for yourself, you never again want to account for yourself to anybody. " This was extremely powerful, and it altered my relationship with other people's assessments of my life and activities. It's something I'd tell others, and I've already told some of them.

This book has a lot of useful information in it. One thing I learned was that we all have an intruder within us who is preventing us from reaching our full potential. To reach our full potential, we must overcome this intruder, take control of our lives, and be able to live as our genuine selves.

I learned that everyone's own self is the utmost iimportance, and we all should believe in ourselves in order to succeed, rather than following so called public figures and influencers.

One lesson I have learnt from this book is that success is about activating our maestro mentality and disallowing our moral attitude in compromising our values and ethics. It’s not the case as we can simply achieve success with pure handwork.

This book contains series of lessons. One thing I've held on to is to always believe in yourself and your abilities. Don't limit yourself.

This book has taught me how to stay focused and become whatever i desire to be. It has taught me how to recognize and ignore the intruder to push forward.

After reading this book, a reader will learn alot from it. But I think the main lesson in the book is about our self esteem. If we have low self esteem, we can't go anywhere in life. I am not saying over confidence but not always feeling bad about ourselves.

The author gave me a lot to think about, but the one lesson that stuck with me is, your attitude towards life dictates your altitude in life. You can not soar when you only believe you will fail.

I learnt to look within and find my maestro. To shut out the negative thoughts that will come and know who I am.

One of the greatest lessons I learnt from this book is that the journey to self discovery is not about adding anything new to the person that you are because there is nothing missing but rather subtracting what you are not. For its with subtraction that you uncover what's hidden.

A powerful lesson I learned from this book was from the chapter regarding the power of intervention. In particular, noticing that the opinions we hold of ourselves is not true and therefore, we need to let them go. There are many more lessons but this one resonates the most because it calls to action and change within ourselves in order to achieve external success.

One lesson I learned, or at least was reminded of, is that people have, as the book says, a "strong, psychological drive for certainty". I marvel at times, at how we all cling to our current state of being, when there is great possibility to step outside of one's current box.

Personally, there isn't a book out there more perfect for me than this one. At least, none that I've seen. Being true to my true self and not trying to be someone others expect me to be is something I've become deeply invested this year. This is a truly impactful book for me.

I learned that I should learn to acknowledge and reject the intruder in me, which is a part of me that accumulates negative energy from the outside. This, I believe, is an important step in self-awareness.
