This book... to be honest gives me goose bumps, from the on start.... Egypt has always been the founding father of history, and to me the history of ancient times has always been the best type knowledge I could actually acquire and the fictional characters are done absolutely well..
This is worth being on my "I must read " books.

Egypt has somehow always made a beautiful storytelling scene. I know nothing boring can come from this. The review is beautifully detailed and confirms my positive ideas on the book.

Very interesting review of a unique piece of fiction, referring to an age long gone. Interesting choice of telling the story in vernacular!

I'm happy to see that this book is written so that it is easy to read and that the story is relatable. I agree that most historical novels, other than romance novels, tend to be written in an unrelatable and high-spoken way. Thank you for a great review!

I always struggle to read historical fiction because they can get really boring and hard to get into. I appreciate that the author had written this one in the vernacular. This would aid understanding truly. It seems like an interesting book, I hope the readers would enjoy it. Congratulations on BOTD!

The non elevated language in this historical fiction is a ticket for me. The Egyptian history is fascinating and doesn't seem to grow old. I enjoyed the review. Congratulations.

The lofty language in some historical fiction turns me off, so I appreciate the author's informal, comfortable style. I also rarely encounter historical fiction novels from Egypt that don't involve Cleopatra in some way. This sounds like an interesting story. Thanks for the thorough review!

Thank you for the honest review. I would prefer the usual writing style common in historical fiction than vernacular. Ancient Egypt in 1350 B.C. and 2022 A.D. are time periods that should remain separate. I am also not a fan of profanity and crude language. Congrats on BOTD!

I love historical fiction because it broadens one's knowledge of history. This particular one digs deep into 1350 B.C. in Egypt and acts as a mirror to the tumultuous happenings of that time. Great review!

The historical stories of ancient Egyptians are a mystery to the world because there are so many perspectives and ideals that have their genesis traced back to these times. This book seems unique and interesting with a nice plot. It seems to me like a lot of events happened in the book and alot could be learn't from it. Great review.
