Addictions are usually difficult to break free from that's why it ends up affecting not only the addicted individual but everyone around. It's so thoughtful of the author to share her story and experience in helping those with similar situations. Thanks for the review!

The effects of addiction can create a spiral of emotions especially when those affected are not faceless. I can feel Patricia's pain in her work as she tells all she had to bear. I hope this book can shed some light on addiction and help families experiencing same. Thanks for your review.

'Official Review: The Last Stop' by Patricia Street well presents the reactions to the book provided by the reviewer for keen readers. It reflects on the salient features of the book for readers. The point that the readers are exposed to the innermost thoughts and struggles of an addict through his own words is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the book is written from interesting viewpoints and shares real people's experiences, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book is authentic and unfiltered!

I feel like I have to read this book. Memoirs aren't something I generally enjoy, but this one seems so powerful. In a world where absolutely everything is filtered or watered-down, something I appreciate above almost all else is realness. This book seems authentic in its telling. Nice job on the review!

This is a book that talks about the struggles the author and the rest of the family went through because of David's addiction to drugs. The book is related, informative, and contains parent guidance. I am glad you enjoyed reading it. Thanks for the review.

This sounds like a heart-wrenching yet candid book about substance abuse and how it can affect the person addicted but also everyone else that is close to that person. I think sharing her son's short stories is a beautiful way to celebrate her son and his extraordinary gift. Thanks for the lovely review.

The issue of drug addiction is a very important and yet sensitive topic. This memoir gives us a more personal look on this issue. Creating awareness for the dangers of drug addiction, how it affects the family of an addict and possible treatment should always be talked about. Good one from the author. Congratulations on being the book of the day!

"The Last Stop" by Patricia Street. An interesting story book talks about the story of the author's son David and his drug addiction. Anything that concerns the child mostly affect the mother or most of the family. Drug addicts makes one not to develop a skill or talent with ease. Congrats on the #BOTD.

It must have been incredibly difficult for Patricia to write such an intimate book about her son's lifelong struggle with drugs. I hope that it was a healing process for her and that it can bring understanding and comfort for others who are battling similar situations in their lives.

Breaking free adduction is not an easy task, life presents us with things we may feel are impossible to overcome. Many have lost their lives to addiction, I felt for David's mother, her book will be a lesson to those who would love to make a change in their lives. Congratulations on BOTD.

It's not easy to write about drug addiction specially if it's about your own child. The author was courageous enough to share her story. Thanks for the review.
