Blood for the Fisher King is a stand-alone novel following Omicron six. It narrates the never-ending adventures of Coupe and Cooper, two genetically enhanced teenagers confronted with personal challenges due to their aberrant abilities. Cooper Callister was raised by Evelyn and Everett Callister, who provided a loving and stable home for him. He has incredible strength and the ability to sense other people's thoughts. Coupe, on the other hand, was maltreated and neglected by his self-acclaimed mother and her many boyfriends. He had to endure various forms of abuse repeatedly before an altercation led him to find a home with the Callisters. He has amplified reflexes and senses; he is hyper-intelligent and has the ability to heal at a rapid rate.

Coupe and Cooper complement each other’s abilities, which intensifies them. After an incident led Everett to almost lose his life, the two found themselves back at Deep Woods Academy, the genetic research facility where they were created. Coupe’s blood was found to have the ability to possibly extend life, and this made him the subject of abduction on several occasions. He is sought by selfish benefactors of Deep Woods, who go to great lengths to get their hands on him and his blood for vile and grotesque reasons. This book reveals the power of teamwork and bravery even in the face of imminent danger. It chronicles the journey to finding love and purpose.

The structure of this book was absolutely captivating. It had a great storyline and was executed in the best and most conceivable way. It constantly piqued my interest and left me with an eagerness to know more and to complete the book. There was no dull moment as the story had many twists and turns. Also, I love how there was an educational aspect to this work of fiction. Several parts of this text provided knowledge about various topics such as science and problem-solving. It gave me a sense of gratification to know I was learning so much while simply enjoying the book. I admire the author’s authenticity with this work. It had its peculiar theme and character development, unlike other works in its kind of genre. The author's brilliant penmanship created a deep connection between me and the characters. Also, the stimulating events that occurred carried some form of inspiration I am sure any reader would appreciate and utilize. Those events taught me the importance of teamwork, courage, and love. It also showed the effects of our actions on others.

In its entirety, Blood for the Fisher King by Endy Wright provided both amusement and sound knowledge. However, I didn't appreciate that I noticed a lot of errors in the book. The editors clearly didn't give their best to get rid of the errors in it. That has to be the only downside to this book.

I rate Blood for the Fisher King by Endy Wright 3 out of 4 stars. Owing to how much the errors affected my reading experience, I decided to remove one star from the book. The book could have easily gotten the complete stars if not for the errors.

I recommend this book to anyone looking to find a good read centred on the power of teamwork and bravery. It also contains several lessons that could be of use to the reader. If you're looking for an entertaining read, you'll also enjoy it.

I absolutely love the way this book seems to focus on bravery, teamwork and friendship. The two main characters truly do seem to complement each other’s abilities. Sounds like a futuristic depiction of dystopian society, excited to read it. Great review!

Were Coupe and Cooper cloned? Anyway, their abilities are very intriguing. Coupe can’t seem to catch a break, can he? First was his so-called mother and her boyfriends then the realized threat of abduction.

I like the theme of this book. I'm sure Coupe's teamwork with Cooper will actually go a long way in preserving each other's life. I'd have loved to pick this book up if not for the error. Thanks for the review.
