My list of science-fiction books that I enjoyed is very short, but I enjoyed your honest review. The fact that you found no errors is a definite plus.

This is such a well written review, though the genre of this book is not my cup of tea, might have to pass on this one, good work though

Galen suffering then later having to get a big opportunity is one thing. The other thing is...will he be able to make use of the opportunity wisely? I would give the book a try to find out.
Thanks for the review.

I agree with you review. It's quite an intriguing piece. Galen was a brave and determined individual and the world of Voulhire was interesting to read. Great review.

There's a lot of excitement and adventure in this novel, it seems. The fact that the plot is both unpredictable and engaging is really appreciated. I'm eager to get my hands on a copy of the book. We appreciate your feedback. Good job!
1 Corinthians 3:16-17 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?
17 If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.

Galen was quite an interesting character. For someone so timid he was extremely brave to escape his hometown.

I will love to read this book as it plot sounds engaging because of the setting which is in an imaginary city of Voulhire having its unique culture and geographical boundary.

Yes, Galen was initially overwhelmed by his newly acquired wealth. Given that he came from a war-torn country, this abrupt change would have felt like a dream come true for him.
