I don't read books that are far into a series, such as this one. Therefore, I'll be skipping it. Also, the insertion of Bible teachings is a bit of a turnoff. Nevertheless, congrats to Mr. Hendrickson on his achievement and earning BOTD honors.

This sounds like a wild story. Cartel, mafia, and FBI- oh my! I must say, your review of the characters Jim and Linda made me want to read this book. Both characters seem so lovable and loyal to their family, a great duo to be sure. Congrats on BOTD!

'Official Review: The Last Enemy by Dan E. Hendrickson' is a crystal clear description of the murder mystery for readers. It well explores the various points related to the book. The point that the book is a crime-themed novel with strong teachings about family, love, and faith is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the author managed to weave in Bible teachings in the novel, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book has a phenomenal ending!

Congratulations to the author on BOTD! Although I have not read the other books in this series, I did not have any problem in getting a firm grip on the novel. I felt as if I was part of the book since the scenes were well developed and the author has a way of keeping the flow of events flawless.

A crime book that exhibits fatherly love and family bond sounds nice. I am glad that readers wouldn't have to read the previous series of this book before comprehending this series. I enjoy reading the review and congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

Seems the Edward family is in big trouble. I hope the friendship between Jonathan & Jacob is strong enough to keep them as friends. Thanks for the review.

The plot is very interesting. Will Jacob be able to protect his family, with the twist of his being friends with the mafia boss’ son Jonathan? I’m looking forward to digging this novel to find out his the lives of the main characters and the people around then play out in this very intriguing book.

:D The Last Enemy by Dan E. Hendrickson is a good story about the notorious mafia life. As a mafian, it's either one is chasing something or running away from something. I fell in love with the writer's artistic story telling ability. Thanks for the review.

A book set in a world of cartels and crime without any profanity is unique. I like the colorful cover too. But usually, I don't like to read books in a series out of order. Great review!

I do love books which though they form part of a series, can be read as a standalone. This book does seem to have an intriguing plot too. Great review.

I love the idea of filling a crime-themed book with mafia bosses and murder plans with subtle messages like religious teachings and the power of love, friendship and family. It really shows that despite having a focal theme, the author’s writing is nuanced enough to encapsulate various different messages subtly woven into the the main plot. Definitely checking this one out!
