So many historical books lately! But I am glad I get to see a different genre this time. I enjoy romance from time to time. Especially when I just had too much action or fantasy. I hope this turns out well. Thanks.

Fates Sweet's Passion is a historical romance novel set in the Victorian era. It depicts a betrothed union between Peyton and Alexina. As self-interest for both parties is frequently the driving force, maintaining this arranged marriage can be challenging. Peyton wants to keep his land; Alexina wants a family. Thanks for the review.

A historical romance about two people betrothed to each other by their parents with interest sound weird and captivating. I can't wait to unravel how the relationship works out. Congrats to the author on being the #BOTD!

This book is the reflection of victorian era from 1838 AD. The story line in which Teacher Alexina Poole and Peyton Woodleigh's marriage was planned earlier without their consciousness was some interesting part to enjoy. Every character had some meaningful and deep meaning in this book. All the character are equally emphesized. Patricia understands how true setting in a novel transport the reader. With wonderful plot twists and a satisfying conclusion this novel is a masterpiece for a reader

I am not a huge fan of this "arranged marriage" trope, but I'm sure that those who are fans are intrigued to read how the two protagonists' love story will unfold as they are forced to marry each other. I congratulate the author for Book of the Day!

A historical romance set in Victorian times would interest me. The premise was also intriguing. I would like to know how the duo fares with this arrangement. Thanks for the review!

Kudos to the botd. What a historical and romantic novel. It must have been conscious effort by Peyton and Alexina to handle their differences, so as to blend together for a successful marital union, as both of them discovered they were bethrothed to each other. Some parents of those days just amaze me with their actions. Nice review.

It seems like there aren't many romance novels where a pair becomes closer to one another.
My favorite type of fiction is historical, and when romance is thrown in, I'm hooked.
This book will unquestionably be added to my list of must-reads, where it will take the top rank.
Due to the desire of kings to maintain the throne, arranged marriages were particularly prevalent during the Victorian era.
I had no notion that common people also experienced this, though. Congrats on botd!

What an interesting historical fiction book. The storyline makes me want to read the book. Peyton Woodleigh and his presumed wife-to-be Alexina trying to get married as arranged by their families. Seems like they were able to get married. I'm so inquisitive to know. Congrats on BOTD.

The fact that the characters were realistic and that the author is able to distinguish speaking tone an dressing of different social classes would give life to the story. Congrats on BOTD

I felt the storyline special and intriguing. I do suspect the misunderstanding and conflicts between the future 'couple' came along because of the differences between their intentions for marriage. This is a book I'd enjoy reading.
