While I generally shun fantasy reads, this book beckoned to me. The characters were certainly fascinating, but I was sorry to see what happened to one of my favorites. Tysz hipnotyszes; he is a talented writer. I won't be surprised if Voulhire becomes a byword like Hogwarts.

Fantasy stories that have well-developed characters and excellent world building are great to read. However, this one has added a moment of reflection and this is what intrigues me the most. Great review!

I admire authors who can define a setting that is new yet feels familiar. I learned that I'll get to read this type of story with the review. Maybe I'll consider this fantasy-adventure book. Thanks!

The first time I read this book I didn't understand anything but have reading your review I have a second thought and I must read it one more time."In the village of the prince it was death by the sword or slow starvation" a very good statement to open a review. It's very attention capturing. Good work pal, and congratulations on BOTD.

It sounds like an interesting book. Galen Bray explained the circumstance in his homeland in a few but impactful words. An opportunity presented itself for him to move to a new world to take over his uncle’s estate, and he takes it up with both hands. I would like to read about his journey. Congratulations on BOTD!

"We are Voulhire: A New Arrival under Great Skies" is a fantasy story by Matthew Tysz. Voulhire is a country that is supposed to be filled with the ordinary, others possess supernatural abilities. The author did a great job of introducing new characters and making readers feel like they have known them all of their lives. Galen is the main character and he was offered an opportunity to move to a different world to take over his uncle's estate and he took it. His travels took more than six months and Galen had to evade danger on numerous occasions but finally made it and met with his uncle's executor. This thriller has plenty of action and based on the official review I would like to read the entire book. One needs to read the book to find out if Galen found his opportunity to achieve something meaningful. Good review.

I really liked the perspective with which you talk about the book. I love books that know how to spend time with the characters, because that way it's easier for me to follow along. This review causes a lot of emotion and leaves a bit of suspense, thank you very much for sharing it. It seems that the book is very good.

Greetings.

This is one book that is as much a page turner as it is difficult to put down. The world building and gripping plot make it one of my best series yet. Thanks for your review

When I saw the cover of the book and the genre, I had my reservations; However, the review is captivating enough to make me want to read the book. I'm intrigued to know what things Galen will have to go through, and if there will be conflict between him and Midius. I keep this sentence
If you like stories with a hint of satire that provoke your thoughts, you would not want to miss reading this one.

Thank you for this lovely review, I already want to read this book.

I love to read a fantasy book. The author's creativity always blow my mind. In this book series, I've read one of those. I found the plot is a bit confusing, but Galen's story makes me want to know what could happen next. The supernatural element in this story is not as much as I expected, but the suspenseful plot is really engaging. I recommend to read all the series of this book. Thank you for a great review.

This book is like a world of its own. With different powers, both political and magical powers. I wonder who’s going to win here. Is it the king or the sage?
