As much as I love self-help books I'll pass on this one because I don't need to lose weight and don't have any family member who does. Thanks for this wonderful review.

The God Food Diet is an educating book that will help individuals lose weight. I always wonder how I can continue eating my favourite food and still be watchful of my weight. I'm glad I will find this book helpful. Congrats on the BOTD.

The reality of this topic makes it even more alluring and I can't imagine how true that would be for its intended audience. I enjoyed your well-written review.

Being overweight sometimes makes people lose their self-esteem and confidence. I'd to read about the author's experience and program. Great review and I wish to congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

It's amazing how it took the author two years to lose weight. Obviously this didn't happen overnight despite the fact that his program was very effective. This book sounds like a helpful, inspiring guide to anyone struggling to lose weight. Thank you for your review.

Non fiction, self-help books are not my cup of tea but the book sounds really useful and very informative. Personally I'm against all diets as they in my opinion do more harm than good and I'm glad that the author found his own way of loosing weight. I'm all for eating and drinking whatever you want even if it is bread or beer as long as you know the boundaries and realize the neccessary limits. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Even though I really dislike reading non-fiction, I find a description of this book way too useful to simply dismiss. All people with overweight will agree what a huge task is it to lose some weight, thereby to have not just helpful guide, but fun and inspirational reading will definitely speed up the process. Thanks and congrats with BOTD!

The book is written from the first-person point of view and in both the past and the present tenses. Although it's generally an instruction book, the author also shares his experiences. Congratulations on BOTD!

The encouragement of consuming alcohol sounds the opposite of what most people who want to lose weight. The phrase "beer belly" comes to mind since beer is full of useless calories and long term damage to your liver. I don't think this would be something I would be interested in, especially since I struggle to gain weight. Good review.
