How the author managed not to give away Kirsten’s connection to Quinn too soon, despite all the clues Kirsten dropped as she weaved stories about her background was appealing to me. The suspense was appreciated by me. Nice review!

This is just the perfect crime thriller for me. I live how the story is paced and how the author is not quick to tell the connections between people or places. I'd love to read this. Thanks for your wonderful review

"from muddy water" by allan davis. An interesting story book talks about Kristen and the missing girls. Kristen being a mysterious woman shares history or have a connection with Quinn. It's an action and has some crime scenes. Congrats on your #BOTD.

Although I am a fan of mystery, this book went over the top for me within the first few pages. I appreciate that it is well-edited, but it's not my style of book. The victimization of children is too disturbing for me. Thanks for a great review.

Sounds like unsolved mysteries to work on. I'm sure reading the book itself would give some clue to solved the case the of the missing three little girls and who this Kirsty lady would be. Sounds interesting for detective game. I'd rate it 4 out of 4.

Thank you for your intriguing review. I often don't care for books that revolve around the deaths of children, but this sounds very interesting. I am curious to know who Kirsten is and how she fits into all of this. I believe I will add this to my list of books to read.

I would like to know what Kristen's deal is and the role she came to play in Quinn's life. I'm not a fan of crime mysteries so I will pass on this one. Congratulations on BOTD.

At first, I thought this was a romance novel and I was excited, as I am into romance. But then, it turned even better, a retired police detective turned PI tries to solve a mystery that everyone - except the parents - thought was already solved. What is Kirsten's connection to Quentin?

It sounds like down-on-his-luck retired police officer is having a challenging time in retirement. Hopefully, his private investigator gig will pan out. Thanks for the detailed review.
