This book seems to be an interesting read about Quinn's life after retirement and what he faced afterwards. I'm also eager to know what it is about his new tenant,. Thanks for an insightful review and recommendations.

It does indeed seem like an engaging book and, from what you describe, Davis’ writing style is effective for mystery and suspense. It's incredible that he is able to keep the Kirsten-Quinn connection concealed for a sustained period and yet they are key characters.

Great review. Now, I must know who Kirsten is to Quinn. What a crazy time he is having in his retirement.

Kirsten sounds very mysterious, and the cover makes it look like she's not entirely human or maybe has some unworldly origins. Obviously, I'm as confused as Quinn about her.

Crime thriller, mystery, complicated relationships and detective work in a natural realistic plot has won it. Looking forward to this great artwork.

This seems a well-written crime mystery. As per your review, it feels the author is able to hold the reader's attention by the way the story flows. Thank you for your succinct review!
