This book is a 21-day program to teach yourself to experience the limitless power of the Soul to get things done while we are here on earth in our bodies, which Tosin King James describes as our beautiful cage. Although some of the concepts in this book are unfamiliar to me, I could easily understand them and relate to them. They are based on the idea that we receive messages regarding our future throughout our lives, but we do not know how to see them. The author teaches a method to follow, to learn the skill of understanding the Spirit, as he calls it. Soul-Fullness by Tosin King James instructs the reader on all the steps to follow daily to achieve the necessary awareness. In between, he tells of his own spiritual experiences of the past. These are not difficult actions to take, but they will demand willful effort and significant perseverance. The author describes the different bodies of which a human being consists. As he continues to describe the different bodies and levels of being, valuable insights are given on how to live in the Light.

I liked the straightforward way the author gave the daily instructions to follow. They are clear to understand and will become easy to follow when focused on. I also liked how he explained that every person is unique and will therefore experience communication with the Spirit in a different way. He provides examples from the Bible. Soul-Fullness is excellently edited and easy to read and understand. Concepts are explained clearly. To reinforce some concepts several case studies follow at the end of the book. This is followed by a chapter on life after death in this realm.

I found some of the stories hard to believe, like the one on Day five where the influence of the food you eat is discussed. I think some of the narrations are beyond the experience of most people. It is, however, clearly explained.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars because of the exciting and inspiring content and the excellent way it is presented to the reader. Also, because of the practical instructions given to get to the goals.

This book is not for the casual reader. It is meant as a guide to follow step by step with diligence and commitment. It will bring you to a place where few people have come. I recommend this book to people interested in a higher level of being and committed to making the sacrifice to get to that deeper spiritual existence. It can also be beneficial to more ordinary readers because it is most inspiring.
