From the excerpt, this book definitely starts to come into its own when Dr Richard and Bob start their discussions for the book.

I might be wrong, but in my opinion fishing is not regarded among purely male pursuits for nothing and as a woman I hardly can find it in myself to be interested in the activity or accompanying it conversations. No offense, but I will have to skip this one, yet congrats with BOTD anyway!

This sounds interesting, but not my cup of tea. I think your review was well-written and detailed the book in such a way that it got your point across without any spoilers. Thanks for the review!

This book would be interesting because of the source. Gossips are always interesting and this book seems to be something of that nature. I can't wait to hear the conversation between those men. Congrats on BOTD.

The ability to have a discussion about anything with someone who has different views or values has become increasingly difficult in modern society. Instead of calm rational talking, some people always have to proclaim they are right, without considering the walk of life the other person has entered. While this book seems like it holds a rational process, I am uncertain if it would be for me. Nice review.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting memoir of the author’s deep intellectual conversations and relationship with Dr. Richard that began when they first met fishing and continued for years. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Fishing for Dr Richard is a thought-provoking book about two friends who share their unique perspectives with each other. In a world where perspectives differ, it is interesting to have intelligent minds explore issues of a wide variety from their unique perspectives. It is enlightening for both men and contributes to our collective knowledge bank. Because new insights will inevitably be derived from those conversations. I love this book and the topics of interest.

I was amazed by this book. Awareness of honesty, openness and balance is indispensable to be applied in any relationship as described in the review of the bond of friendship established between Dr Richard and Bob. It's truly inspiring. I'm sure this will be a fun as well as calming read. Thank you for your review.

I like the idea behind this book. Two people discussing issues that border on belief, career, education, childhood, health, women and relationships without sentiment sound nice. I wish to congratulate the author on being the #BOTD!

The plot of the story is interesting and I’m looking forward to digging into book to be with Dr. Richard and Bob as they discuss different aspects of life through each perspective. There is always learning from real stories so I’m sure there are lots of them in this book. Congrats to the author for sharing his story.

'Official Review: Fishing for Dr. Richard' by Bob Kimmerling describes the story of the discussions and encounters of two men in a nutshell. It gives a complete idea of the contents of the book to readers. The point that the two men handled the subject of God and Christianity in an awesome way is worth mentioning in the review. Also, the point that the themes of the book include belief, career, education, childhood, health, women, and relationships, as mentioned in the review, is remarkable for readers. It was great to learn that the book makes it possible for readers with diverse thinking to read about several aspects of life!
