I think the cover and title are clever. I also like the themes and topics that are presented in their discussions.

In this fast paced world, to have someone to talk to on a personal level is often rare. For this two opposite men to embark on a journey of discussions for years, touching on diverse topics such as their careers, beliefs and relationships is heartwarming. I found it more intriguing that they were so far apart in years, yet able to form a friendship with each other.
Good book, written by one of them on their discussion. Will love to know more about their discussion on God.

"Fishing for Dr Richard" is a book that tells the story of two men who embark on a journey of discussions for years. Dr. Richard and the author, Bob, had met a few times before deciding to go fishing together. Dr. Richard was 20 years older than Bob and Bob told Dr. Richard that he had a plan to write a book about their discussions and encounters. They talked about all aspects of their beliefs, career, education, childhood, health, women and relationships. They create a very strong bond and they share ideas freely. The official reviewer described how the two men handled the subject of God and Christianity was awesome. I look forward to reading this entire book. Very good review.

Amazing review. It sounds like Bob, the author, admires Dr. Richard. I would like to know more about their relationship.

Thank you for the great review. Friends can be of any age, but any friendship that lasts is special. Added to that it is rare for true friendship to survive even through a lot of differences and disagreements. This sounds like a wonderful book to show how real friendship can last and the two people can be different in many ways, and even more special that it is between two men who are both intelligent and willing to share.

I love reading books that are written about God and Christianity, so I will certainly be reading this one! Even though these two men share different views about life, they were able to come together and discuss them in a mature manner. Thanks for the review! :)

Your review is perfectly written, I am overly dragged. And You are very truthful It's not often you get to meet someone who you can hold brainy conversations with and share ideas with and, If the book holds that kind of an engagement, I already love it. I really hope that it is as good as you clarify course I'm thinking of reading me some time.
