One of the biggest disappointments in the life of an adult is when they find themself working in a mundane or meaningless job. Jobs of this nature will often make employers feel as if they are stuck in a dead end job devoid of purpose or meaning. Unfortunately, because
of need or lack of monetary or financial security individuals will stay in a career of this nature and they will feel bored, depressed and stagnant. This is when people will just go through the motions of living life. It has been said that most suicides or emergency room visits take place on Sundays and Mondays.

You may ask, what would cause an individual to find themselves working in a job they hate?
We are at a time in history in which more and more older Americans are finding themselves working
even among the golden age. There are many factors which can be attributed to a longer work life including mismanagement of their financial life and savings. Another factor can be attributed to the lack of ample savings in their retirement funds.

In Reconfigurement, author E. Alan Fleischauer touches on the importance and relevancy of the proper financial planning which should be addressed before nearing the age of retirement. He also provides some insight on how to effectively manage a strategy which can
help you to effectively prepare for your golden years as you navigate through the path of retirement. Coming from an extensive background and experience in the arena of financial advisements, Fleischauer has a firm which just so happens to deal with financial and retirement
planning.

It it the author's goal to instruct and help the working class to prepare for the future. Topics covered in this book include methods for how to plan for things in life including other ways to make money, covering the basic necessities: including health insurances, how to invest, and
even how to leave behind a life insurance for surviving members should the need arise. He also touches up on topics on how to create alternative ways
to generate income.

In addition, he also includes facts and figures taken from prior clients to demonstrate the importance and priority of his ideas. Fleischauer portrays this message while providing strategies and ideas which coincide with relevancy towards modern situations. The author reiterates the importance of how the working class should start saving and planning for retirement from the early stages of employment. The life expectancy is now higher than it has ever been and of course a longer lifespan means a greater need for finances and more basic survival needs. The author speaks from experience and a place of knowledge.

Reading about retirement and aging stories can be boring sometimes, so I appreciate the author's inclusion of relevant comic pieces in every chapter of his book. This makes reading his work more enjoyable and keeps readers active and interested in more content. Furthermore, this book has an important message, which is to plan ahead, and the author gives his audience an orderly way to do the planning. His suggested points will help readers as they age, and hopefully, they won't become burdens to others. Sometimes planning for retirement, savings, pension plans, 401k or even a nest egg can be daunting. Often times this is an area which many can find overwhelming or intimidating. That's why Alan does such a great job of delivery his message with wisdom and insight. Covering finances for a place of experience, readers can understand and apply the content that
is being delivered in this book. I very much like how the ideas were clearly stated which lots of information to back up his message.

In addition, I also appreciated that the book was well written and put to center without grammatical or typographical errors. For anyone who has ever worried or even thought about retirement I highly recommend this book and rate it 4 out of 4 stars giving it the highest rating possible. This is a good reading resource for those who are among the middle 30's to 50's age range. The more information and knowledge acquired the easier the transition
to retirement will be.

Retirement is something that requires planning from an early stage. The author did well to write this book. It would remind people like me to start now to plan my retirement. Thanks for a good review.

This review contains a number of redundancies and errors . It uses ten words when three will do, probably to hit a word count .
It lacks succinct focii that would encourage me to read the book.
Other reviews of this work are written with far more clarity, citing relevance & reference, specific to a potential readers enquiry points.
