I really wonder what the fate if malino would be, but I'll skip reading this book because of it's sexual content. Congratulations on BOTD.

History books are interesting especially when adapted into fiction. This is a good story but I believe the author would do right to take the book through another round of editing before new copies are printed. It's a nice review.

This historical fiction story seems like it brings to light the realism of what life would be like living in a fascist monarchy. I have added this book to my reading list. Great review!

I am curious as to what Malino would become, considering his peculiar condition. I hope this book will be professionally edited soon. Thanks for the review.

"Malino: The Orphan Road" by Joseph R. Barry. A very interesting book, talks Malino who was immediately kept in an orphanage home till the age of seven. Grilo who named the baby Malino will soon come back for the baby. Better to be sent away than to be killed. Congrats on your #BOTD.

The premise of this book sounds so interesting! I'm super curious to find out what happens to Malino. I'm a little off put by the gory descriptions, but maybe I could skip those parts? Thanks for a great review!

The baby never chose to be born that way. It isn't gonna be a light read. I wonder if Malino could see his parents again. Would he find out the reason why they abandoned him? Did Grillo have another intention after he got Malino back? I'm trully curious about that. But some contents are not for me, so I'll skip this one. Thank you for a great review.

Sound an interesting read,
Malino's life seems be a tough one. Grillo's kindness and courage intrigues me a lot.
Good review.

I enjoyed reading your review. I do not much like fictional literature that contains themes that evokes feelings of sadness and anger based on the treatment of the characters therein.
I will pass on today's BoTD selection, but I wish to congratulate the author for making today's pick.

I wept when I read the second paragraph of the review. Off course every baby has the right to live. Malino's life is intriguing.
