Do you feel stuck? Are you struggling to move forward because of certain fears and emotions you feel are controlling your life? Did these made you fall into temporary escapes that eventually lead to long-term damages? Every personal baggage we carry roots from past experiences that were most likely out of our control. But what if I tell you healing is within reach and living a fulfilling life is possible?

Seeking... Finding.. Healing...:The Complete Guide to Self-Directed Inner Family Healing by Becky Lu Jackson provides a unique and feasible approach to inner self healing using the author's Inner Family Healing model where you will visualize different versions of yourself which will be called your "inner family". In that family, you will be the parent your younger selves needed and deserved and the person your older selves will be thankful for in the future. The presence of a Higher Being, spiritual guides, and support system will be also be needed. In this process, one must seek to heal to be able to find the tool to the path of inner healing.

What I truly appreciate about this book is the way that I can feel through the pages the author's sincerity to really help those that are also struggling. Having had experienced the same, she used her own personal story of struggle and recovery as specific examples throughout this guide. She even shared her own "Word-for-Word Spiritual Team Bonding Script" that the reader can use and edit. Testimonies from other people were also provided that not only gave efficacy to this process but also laid out different situations that the readers can relate to.

It is a continuous process thus, dedication and commitment to the guide is necessary in order to achieve fulfilling results. As the process entails the guidance of God, non-believers may find it a deterrent but a protective energy of a Higher Being is necessary to this process.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. It is a well written easy to follow step-by-step guide of inner healing. I totally recommend it because just by reading this book, I feel that I'm already taking my first step into my personal healing. I will definitely apply this healing process in my life.

It is a must read by everyone especially those who feel lost and hopeless from their current situation. I honestly hope this book will reach many souls struggling to find their way into the world.

I just finished reading this book. The healing methods that the author introduced were foreign to me. However, I found the book extremely helpful.
