The storyline of the book is quite intriguing, and it is unique. Salty is mysterious character, and I'd love to know why he killed his wife. Thanks for your honest review.

The book review is well-written and provides a detailed evaluation of the novel. The reviewer praises the author's skill in creating believable and relatable characters, as well as their use of subtlety to communicate the story. They also note the perfect pacing of the book and recommend it to readers who enjoy more thoughtful fiction. The only negative point is that the book deals with some dark themes and contains profanity. Overall, this is a positive review that gives the reader a good sense of what to expect from the novel.

I'm horrified at the thought of a husband murdering his wife as Salty does, but I do like the fact that the relationship between father and daughter takes center stage in this book. Congrats!

I can't imagine myself in the shoes of Salty's daughter. How did they resolve this great difference? I'd like to know. Wonderful review.

What could possibly make him kill his wife? What will the daughter pass through when she finds out? Will she forgive her father? I would like to know all these and more. Good review.

What a unique plotline that the author weaves throughout his book! I'm curious to know how Salty and Sylvia face their past in this gripping novel. Although there is some profanity, I greatly appreciate the impeccable editing and pace set by the author. Congrats on the BOTD!

Great review! I don't know about anyone else, but I'm curious about this 'strangely familiar' dog...
Also I loved the comment about how the author's style is like school curriculum reading, but enjoyable!

It takes a great deal for an author to write few characters but make them unforgettable. I had encounters with authors or works that has a lot of characters but failed to do a great character involvement in the story, so I'm quite how these characters are written to make them unforgettable.

Thank you for the review!

What kind of a mistake would make a man kill his wife? How is it easy to "discard" such a past? I seem to like the storyline with a keen interest in the cause of Harold's wife's death. Let me also say that the cover page of the book is so captivating. Congrats to the author on being the #BOTD!
