The author's brilliant penmanship brings this gem to life. Salty's fatal mistake rendered him a widower and his daughter without a mother. His past caught up with him and he has to face it. Does Sally get her closer? How did Salty live with his mistake? I'm curious to find out. Thank you for your captivating review.

We sometimes tend to run away from our undiserable past, but in one way or the other it soon catches up with us and we have now to face it head on. This book is a good depiction of this. I would like to find out how this young man's life turns out after he accidentally kills his wife. Good book. Congratulations on BoTD.

I wonder if Salty will be brought to justice for killing his wife. I am also curious to see if his daughter will forgive him and if he will finally own up to what he did instead of running away. Congratulations on BOTD.

This story is one of a tragedy. I feel sorry for Sylvia for loosing his mother at a very young age. Am curious about what triggered Mr. Harold's mistake of killing his wife.
I appreciate the author for such unique story.
I must say the review is on point.

This seems to be an interesting read. I don't how it ends for the man, but he must be exhausted from memories of what he did. Thanks for the nice review.

First of all, what a wonderful review that was. I am not too sure I want to read this book about an absconding man killing his wife and complicated father daughter relationship dynamics. Adding to my shelf just in case. Congrats on both.

I find this book very unique, intriguing and enjoyable to read. One thing I really do love about this book is the character development. The characters were few, relatable and understandable. This is a wonderful read.

I would love to know the reason Harold will kill his wife, and render his daughter motherless? What must have been her offense to deserve death? I will try to read this book. Congratulations on BOTD.

Salty's murdering of his wife is despicable. This exposes their children to dangerous influences. Moreover, the author's style of showing the characters and allowing the readers to interpret things for themselves is worth praising. Highly recommended.

Salty's actions at the start of the story shocked me. This book has a captivating introduction that makes me want to find out how the rest of the story will unfold. I'm also curious about how Salty's relationship with Sylvia will be like given his past actions.
