I really enjoyed Irvine Welsh too. The Marabou Stork Nightmares is my favorite of his books, but my favorite author (and he is laugh out loud funny) is Christopher Moore. Who else has had the cajones to question 'What if Jesus knew Kung Fu?'?AnnieM wrote:I love Irvine Welsh but think his early books were much better than recent. I read his latest Crime recently and was pretty good but not a patch on Trainspotting, Porno etc. I also love chick lit but struggle to find a good laugh out loud read these days. Any suggestions?
