I always made my cousin eat her veggies by making a race of who finished first.

A friend used to grate all veggies known to man into ordinary dished like spaghetti bolognaise - it was the only way to get her kids to eat any veggies.

I think when they are very young its always a struggle to get them to eat their veggies. So what I do for my 5 year old is to is to promise her something nice for her lunch box for school and she eats the veggies in a breeze.
