This sounds like a fun children’s book. I always wanted a time machine when I was a kid, but I would have freaked out if I’d landed on the time of dinosaurs! Anyway, I like that this book includes three short stories, as little children’s ability to concentrate is still developing and they often can’t sit still for a longer period of time.

Gilby's story sounds great. Growing up, I was told the story of kids who got swallowed by monsters while they went fetching firewood.3 Magic Dreams by Matt Bolton Art has brought back childhood memories. I can't wait to read it. Congratulations on the BOTD.

Even at my age, I enjoy illustrated children's books. Though I will not buy them for myself, I cannot pass on reading them when they are free like this one. I am sure kids will have fun with it especially because of the dinosaurs. That's why Barney was such a hit!
