I really appreciate the honesty of the review! Especially the distinction for major thriller fans, and how it may not be as engaging for those types of people. Personally, I think I will still give the book a chance since I haven't read a thriller in a while so I might be able to get more out of the book.

This sounds like an interesting concept for the storyline, but it is sad the book lacks in so many areas. Thanks for the honest review!

This is a very honest, straightforward and well written review! Thanks for that. The book and its storyline sounds very interesting, the critique on the book does make me hesitate a bit, but the title and the cover is definitely interesting and captures one's attention!

"Murder in the Garbage" by Jerry A Greenberg. An interesting story book talks, written and we'll edited. The book brings out it's point, straightforward while reading. Congratulations on your #BOTD.

I guess the murder of the CEO tells who's the culprit but I think one must read the book to find the answer to the question thanks for the review.

I love a good crime mystery, but the rating for this book makes me wary, so I'll have to pass.

I also read the book and I enjoyed it, though it wasn't very suspenseful, however, overall it was an enjoyable book.

My main reading fare is thrillers, so I am a bit hard to please. Considering the minuses enumerated, I may have to pass on this book. I am glad that the trash collector's job is shown in a good light, though. Every job is noble if done right.

My interest was perked when I read that the protagonist is CIA Hank Boucher. I'm also curious about the murder and the mystery surrounding the CEO's death. The plot and themes sounds interesting. I might give it a shot and see how it turns out.
