The book seems interesting and fast paced portraying a man who loves his family so much that he will do whatever it takes to protect them. But reading about tactics of the terrorist organization is not something I would willingly choose so I'll pass this time. Still I'm sure the book will find its reader as it sounds really engaging. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

This read sounds very terrific! I'm trying to see the use of a fight or flight response in this situation, and all I come up with is death! Do you die fighting or running until death overtakes you? Faced with a rich, powerful, sinister enemy, I wonder what strategies Peter Gray employs. More so because he has a family to consider. Congrats on the BOTD.

Great review! Especially commendable for a first novel, this book is full of adrenaline, with well-drawn characters and a good plot. I have never read a book set in Uruguay before and I had no idea about the humid climate. As for terrorism, its range is scary even in books!
