This is a non-fiction. Michael Hegarty brings his wonderful insights of psychotherapy for practitioners. Would like to read this sometime soon. Your review is well written. Congratulations on the BOTD!

It’s an amazing thing to present a guide an steps for therapists and patients to follow in creating the best environment for their practice and experience. Therapy is a very delicate process and the experience before and after the procedure can be life-altering. Great book and congratulations on BOTD!

I'm not interested in reading about psychotherapy, but it seems to be a very good book. I find it positive that the author is a supporter of using technology to help people online. I hope to give it a try in the future. Thanks for the review.

I've always been fascinated with psychotherapy and would love to know how psychotherapists conduct their sessions.

As a student in psychology, the topic of psychotherapy sounds like something that greatly interests me. It sounds like a book I could gain a lot of personal knowledge from and gain a deeper topic into something im already passionate about, thanks for writing this review!!
